Eugene Lim obtained his degree in Electrical Engineer and started his career in the construction industry as Engineer working for contractors, where he gained broad experience in electrical systems design, resolving electrical issues, managing construction schedules, developing cost estimates, conducting system testing as well as working on the elements of the construction projects himself in collaboration with other contractors. He has then received extraordinary and an in-depth understanding of logic and work sequence essential for the proper execution of construction works.

Eugene Lim has then pursued a career in construction consultancy where he was entrusted with the task of overseeing, scheduling, progress reporting, delay analysis, and contract management for many construction projects.

Currently Eugene Lim is certified to act as Adjudicator for statutory adjudication under CIPAA 2012 in Malaysia. He is also actively in charge of assignments comprising of on-going contractual advice for projects, expert witness reports, as well as representing clients in adjudication and arbitration proceedings.
