With over 35 years in the construction industry as the founder and the director of a G7, class A M&E contractor, Vincent Lim had gained treasurable experience when it comes to the payment disputes.

Vincent Lim had also been one of the pioneers of the CIPAA 2012 proceedings when it was first introduced, and singlehandedly brought a RM2.5M disputes against his respondent which had then inspired him to venture into academic works on law.

Driven by the success and the goal to improve the usual culture of construction industry, Vincent Lim eventually became a licensed Arbitrator and Adjudicator as one of the pioneers in Adjudication with the vision to help the contractor’s circle of friends in payment collection.
