CIPAA PROCEEDING
Plan and strategize the best approach for each case to maximize the success rate in adjudication.
Assist the represented party to Prepare documentations and correspondences on Adjudication proceedings in accordance with CIPAA 2012.
Study and analyse information, documents, research and prepare all necessary CIPAA proceeding documents such as Payment Claim, Payment Response, Notice & Registration of Adjudication, Adjudication Claim, Adjudication Response Adjudication Reply and/or other documents required.
Follow through the case from beginning until the Adjudication Decision.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS
Conduct a detailed study on the represented party’s construction claim, provide support and advice on the proper recourse to advance the claim i.e. arbitration, adjudication and mediation without the need to litigate the matter in court.
Deliver Arbitration/Litigation support by providing expert testimony, expert opinion on quantification of damages, delay, disruption, and defect analysis.
Appointment as negotiators between parties and/or represented party to resolve construction contract disputes with claim advice/support.
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT ADVISORY
Assist in contract execution including preparation of contract and variation order claim, drafting of contractual-related correspondence, assessment of time and cost as well as consultation regarding contract management and administration consulting.
Assist in documentation works to avoid potential disputes such as unreasonable back-charges, liquidated ascertained damages, etc.
ADJUDICATOR & ARBITRATOR
Accept appointment as Adjudicator to adjudicate the disputes pursuant to CIPAA 2012 provisions.
Accept appointment as Arbitrator to arbitrate the disputes through Arbitration Act 2005 provisions.
